This Shield bolts directly to the top of your Dragon Filter, and completely shields the filter from any heat to create additional Horsepower. To further complement your intake system you can attach the hose from your Ram Air Kit to the top of the Shield to achieve a enclosed direct Cold Ram Air Charge to your engine. This Dragon Filter Heat Shield is made of heat resistant plastics to resist any Heat soak, which may occur in daily driving.
